Custom RTA cabinets are built to your measurements and supplied ready to assemble. Available products include kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, closets, built-ins, storage cabinets, floating cabinets, detached toe-kick systems, and commercial cabinetry.

Cabinet packages may include labeled parts, shelf-pin holes, drawer-slide holes, hinge machining, handle holes, dados, nailers, stretchers, and edge banding. Assembly and finishing can be quoted separately.

Standard overflow projects: Often completed within three business days after approval and material receipt.

Program-ready projects: Usually receive the fastest turnaround.

Projects requiring programming: Scheduled after drawings and specifications are reviewed.

Large cabinet packages: Timeline depends on sheet count, hardware requirements, edge banding, and material availability.

Rush work: Available depending on the current production schedule.

Overflow CNC Woodworking

Overflow CNC Woodwork helps cabinet shops, contractors, builders, millwork companies, sign shops, and manufacturers keep projects moving when their workload exceeds available capacity.

Using a 5×10 CNC router, we provide accurate cutting, drilling, routing, dados, hardware holes, cabinet-part machining, labeling, custom programming, and edge banding. We can work from your approved files or help prepare your project for production.

We also create custom CNC woodworking projects and made-to-order RTA cabinets, including vanities, kitchens, closets, storage cabinets, built-ins, cabinet doors, panels, signs, templates, and specialty wood components. RTA projects can be supplied flat-packed and labeled for easier assembly and installation. Edge banding and assembly are available as additional services.

Many standard overflow jobs can be completed within three business days after the files, materials, and project details are approved. Larger or more complex jobs are scheduled according to material availability, programming requirements, and project size.
